Assist the sales team with technical scoping, product selection, and solution design for customers and partners. Support customer meetings as a technical advisor alongside sales or business development teams. Act as a key technical liaison between vendor and partner communities Develop and retain strong working relationship with vendor. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors technical team, Yealink. Work cross-functionally with sales and product management team Train and execute enablement for business partners and inside sales to sell technology. Stay up to date with product roadmaps, certification requirements, and interoperability updates Help troubleshoot and resolve complex pre-sales or post-sales technical issues in collaboration with vendors or support teams. Support Product Team in all tasks Proactively work with key customers to generate repeat business Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Strong technical experience in Microsoft meeting rooms, AV, unified communications and professional audio technologies Proactive/operational excellence.
