The Role We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our team in either the Toddler Room (2–3 years) or the Preschool Room (3–5 years) , depending on your strengths and preference. Key Responsibilities Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS . Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Lead learning experiences that foster curiosity, independence, and a love of learning. Document children’s learning and development through observations and reflections. Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture. About You Degree in Early Childhood Teaching (ACECQA approved) – Graduate Diploma accepted . Current NSW Working With Children Check . Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training . Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and best practice in early childhood education.
