KEY SELECTION CRITERIA: Qualifications and Registrations: Registered to practice in Victoria as medical practitioner with AHPRA (without limitations) Knowledge and skills: • Demonstrated experience or strong interest in working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. • Commitment to the principles of Aboriginal community-controlled health care. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build rapport with patients and community • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multi-skilled team What We Offer: Competitive salary range and conditions: $180p/h Saturday Penalty Rates (depending on qualifications and experience) Salary packaging of $15,900 available for Part- or Full-time employees.
