The Role We are seeking a full time Diploma-qualified Educator to join our Nursery team! The successful candidate will support the planning and implementation of high-quality educational programs, build positive relationships with children and families, and contribute to a collaborative team culture. Key Responsibilities: Providing exceeding education and childcare, focusing on the individual needs of the child and imbedding the EYLF and NQS frameworks in practice. Collaborating with colleagues to promote children's holistic development and encourage a safe and open environment for expression and learning. Fostering strong relationships with children, families, and the community, ensuring open communication and collaboration. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor children's progress and identify areas for growth and development. Committed to Continuous Professional Development (CPD), keeping up to date with current research, trends, and best practices in early childhood education, integrating new knowledge into practice. Qualifications and Experience A COMPLETED Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification). A good knowledge and understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and relevant legislation and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to Continuous Professional Development (CPD). Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain). Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance. At least 6months- 1 years experience working as an Early Childhood Educator, or equivalent Right to Work in Australia.
