About the Role As Program Manager – Digital Transformation (CRM & Integration) , you will own the end-to-end delivery of a new enterprise CRM platform (MS Dynamics) and its integration with core business systems. Reporting to the Program Director, Digital Transformation, you'll partner with system integrators, vendors, and senior stakeholders to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope and budget. This is a high-profile initiative, pivotal to creating a seamless experience across membership, renewals, events, and contact centre services. Key Responsibilities Lead the enterprise rollout of CRM capabilities across membership, renewals, marketing, lead management, contact centre, and events. Drive integration with finance, digital, accreditation, and data platforms. Manage budgets, vendors, and delivery partners, ensuring strong accountability. Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues across the CRM workstream. Engage and align stakeholders across business units, vendors, and executive teams. Champion adoption and ensure the CRM enables a modern, customer-centric experience. Skills & Experience Proven track record delivering large-scale CRM platforms (e.g. D365, Salesforce) and complex integrations. Experience with membership systems, customer data, and contact centre solutions. Strong background in vendor management and enterprise change programs. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
