As our Receptionist in Esperance, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members, a key contributor to creating a warm, professional, and seamless experience. What You’ll Be Doing Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth Prepare and maintain meeting rooms, including setup and catering Keep reception and common areas tidy, organised, and welcoming Manage meeting room bookings and ensure unused rooms are maintained Monitor and replenish kitchen and office supplies Handle errands such as banking and post office runs Coordinate deliveries and manage incoming/outgoing mail Answer and transfer calls with confidence and clarity Assist with administrative tasks to support the wider team About you: What You Bring You’re confident, well-presented, and reliable.
