(Nurse Grade 6(1)) 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available About your opportunity The clinical nursing expectations include nursing interventions related to the prevention, treatment, and management of blood borne viruses, and STI's, inclusive of the full spectrum of Sexual and Reproductive health care priorities outlined in the Queensland Health Sexual Health Strategy. Requirements: Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration Nursing: Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and possession of a current practising certificate. Mandatory: Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent is a required qualification for this position. Highly Desirable: Working towards, or the completion of, a Queensland Health approved 'Sexual and Reproductive Health Program' course. Highly regarded; An ability to complete Townsville Hospital and Health Service application for recognition as an Advanced Practise Nurse within a 'Sexual and Reproductive Health Program'. * After Hours: It is necessary for the position to be flexible with rostered working hours in accordance with Townsville Hospital and Health Service (HHS) industrial agreements and awards, to meet client or service delivery needs.
