About the role: We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional who is passionate about partnering with business leaders, using data and analysis to guide decision and providing genuine value to key stakeholders. The role will need someone who is resourceful, familiar with HR systems and data and who is able to identify challenges and opportunities to influence business outcomes. Responsibilities include: Provide leadership and advice in the implementation of the Tritton Human Resources strategy Provide advice to stakeholders on a broad range of complex cases such as managing performance, policy interpretation and advice, leave management, staffing arrangements, remuneration and workplace conduct Provide end to end specialist support and coaching to the site leadership team on people management processes, policies and procedures, employment legislation and enterprise agreements. Source and analyse HR data to assist with key business decisions Maintain a strong HR presence, addressing employee queries promptly and efficiently. Demonstrate values and behaviours aligned with Aeris Resources principles. Partner with the site leadership team to ensure optimal team design and role relationships. This role will suit a motivated professional familiar with true HR partnering in a complex environment. Experience in mining and related industries will be well regarded but not essential. Proven drive, capability and resilience in a HR role is key. HR Systems / Analytics background Experience and competence in using and supporting a HRIS. Interpretation and application of employment legislation and enterprise agreements. Demonstrated experience in a Senior or Advisory level role in mining or heavy industry (desired). Capability of working to strict deadlines with little to no supervision. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships at all levels. Ability to coach and influence key personnel. Ability to challenge the status quo.
