About the Role As a Village Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our Stayover Village Karratha , overseeing on-site operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. You’ll lead service partners, manage compliance, maintain high-quality accommodation standards, and uphold a safe, clean, and welcoming village environment. Your leadership will shape the day-to-day life for residents and drive strategic improvements in service delivery and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Oversee all day-to-day village operations, including accommodation, maintenance, housekeeping, and grounds. Lead and manage contractors, service providers, and subcontractors to deliver exceptional village services. Ensure compliance with Stayover policies, HACCP food safety standards, and site HSE regulations. Respond to emergencies and guest needs during rostered on-call hours. Monitor guest satisfaction, resolve complaints, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Manage budgets, local marketing, supplies, and procurement for maximum village profitability. Support community integration and promote local engagement through events and initiatives. What You Bring 3 years of leadership/management experience, ideally in hospitality, facilities, or remote workforce accommodation. Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Business, Hospitality, or similar. Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, with the confidence to manage stakeholders at all levels. High attention to detail, excellent time management, and a strong commitment to safety and compliance. A proactive and customer-focused attitude, aligned with our company values. Ability to work a FIFO roster 2 weeks on and 1 week off Desirable Skills Experience in hotel or remote accommodation management. Knowledge of contract management and the resources sector.
