Property Network of Australia is seeking a Senior Workplace Consultant , for a leading boutique consultancy in the delivery of effective workplace strategies and change management to clients. This position is part of the senior leadership team and will work closely with the Director and team to grow the business. The role is offered with extensive WFH options, travel to client locations will vary as per business requirements but likely every 2-4 weeks. This role can be based in either QLD, NSW, VIC or SA locations. The Senior Workplace Consultant will manage projects, provide coaching, and foster continuous improvement and innovation. This is an excellent opportunity to be a key member of an established organisation that has an excellent industry reputation whilst maintaining a professional, agile and fun approach. This role will be c60-70% project delivery focussed and the other parts focussed on internal management, client development and business strategy.
