About the Role This is a unique opportunity for a results-focused digital marketer with deep platform expertise and a love for performance marketing. You’ll take ownership of our paid media strategy and execution across Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, affiliates and more — shaping how Koko Black connects with chocolate lovers across the country. What you’ll do Lead our paid performance strategy across multiple platforms to drive awareness, acquisition, and revenue growth. Manage and optimise campaigns in-platform — from set-up and audience targeting to A/B testing and real-time optimisation. Track, analyse and report on performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS) with actionable insights. Support our omnichannel content strategy, including influencer and affiliate programs. Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and customer journeys. About you A paid social native with proven hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok and more. Confident in using data and analytics to optimise spend and drive performance. Skilled at balancing creativity with commercial outcomes. A proactive collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Passionate about innovation, engagement, and delivering measurable results.
