The Reject Shop is seeking a seasoned Senior Fit Out Project Manager to lead our national store development program. This is a high-impact role overseeing multi-site retail fit outs, refurbishments, and conversions across Australia. You’ll manage a small team, drive project delivery, and ensure stakeholder alignment - all while maintaining budget and compliance standards. About the Role Lead the end-to-end delivery of retail fit out projects across our national network Oversee planning, budgeting, and execution of store conversions and refurbishments Coordinate with external contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Ensure compliance with NCC and construction standards across disciplines Report directly to senior leadership with clear, concise project updates What You’ll Bring Proven experience in retail rollouts or multi-site fit outs Strong construction knowledge across electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, and architectural disciplines Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations Excellent communication skills—able to distill complex updates into executive-level summaries Experience with AutoCAD, planograms, and compliance audits is a plus Why Join Us?
