This leadership role is responsible for managing a high-performing team, ensuring professional service delivery, and building capability to support Centurion’s growth and commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop the customer service team to achieve service excellence Oversee day-to-day customer support operations, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and issues Drive continuous improvement initiatives across customer service processes Implement and manage KPIs to monitor performance and customer satisfaction Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless service solutions for clients Support change initiatives, including CRM improvements and system enhancements Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering a customer-first culture Skills and Experience: Proven leadership experience in a customer service or support management role Strong people management and coaching skills Demonstrated success in building high-performing teams Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong Microsoft Office skills; experience with CRM systems desirable Experience in transport, logistics, or related industries highly regarded Why Join Centurion?
