What You’ll Be Doing: As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll be a key part of creating a positive experience from the moment they arrive. Your day-to-day will include: Providing frontline customer service to all customers who visit our site Keeping customers informed about the repair process and estimated completion dates for their vehicles Handling telephone and email correspondence professionally and efficiently Supporting management with inventory, including parts, paint, and consumables Liaising with insurance providers regarding claims and repairs What We’re Looking For: We’re after someone who’s friendly, confident, and thrives in a fast-moving team environment.
