As a Sales Consultant at Plush, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll provide expert product knowledge, tailored solutions, and personalised service to ensure every customer leaves with confidence and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers in a warm, professional, and consultative manner. Understand individual customer needs and recommend suitable sofa solutions from our extensive range. Educate customers on product features, fabric/leather options, customisation, and care instructions. Maintain showroom presentation and ensure all display areas are clean, well-merchandised, and inviting. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through strong product knowledge and closing skills. Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Follow up on customer enquiries, quotes, and post-sale support as required. Collaborate with your team to foster a positive and productive showroom environment. About You: To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: A passion for retail and a genuine interest in home furnishings or interior design.
