Description As the Director of Franchise Operations , you’ll play a pivotal role in: Leading and developing managers: Guiding a team of Managers who support franchise partners, ensuring they have the skills, coaching, and accountability frameworks to drive results. Driving franchise performance: Equipping franchise partners with the tools, training, and accountability needed to achieve KPIs. Managing growth systems: Overseeing lead generation, marketing funnels, onboarding processes, and retention strategies. Building systems & processes: Designing and implementing scalable systems and streamlined processes that improve operational efficiency and consistency across the network. Building a high-performance culture: Creating motivational programs, recognition initiatives, and scalable systems that empower both managers and franchise partners to succeed. Data analysis & reporting: Using data to identify opportunities, address bottlenecks, and improve conversion, retention, and revenue. Strategic execution: Aligning company-wide goals with operational execution to ensure results are delivered.
