We are looking for a dedicated Pick Packer/High reach Forklift Operator to join a local aftermarket car components distributor based in Arndell Park, NSW. About the Role: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment while adhering to quality standards Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse area Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines Operate a high reach forklift safely and effectively to move goods around the warehouse Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment Requirements to be successful in this role: Previous experience as a pick packer or forklift operator (high reach) Valid forklift license Strong attention to detail and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to manually lift and move heavy items, as needed (up to 12kg) Good communication skills and a positive attitude Commitment: C&H Recruitment is commited to creating an inclusive workplace that celebrates diversity in all its forms.
