THE ROLE A hop skip and jump from local shopping facilities and with parking onsite, you will enjoy variety and responsibility, working closely with HR in this business as their Payroll Officer. Monday comes around so fast as you prepare and debrief with the team over a coffee for the week ahead of you, you have a specific focus on Tuesday & Wednesday for the two separate pay runs as you discuss HR issues and payroll plans. With your energy, drive, enthusiasm, and brilliant interpersonal skills, you are a natural magnet that has internal staff trusting you for their payroll advice. Process and manage the organisation's payroll system on Employment Hero Run a weekly payroll for 200 staff & 60 subcontractors Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions. Verify timekeeping records and consult employees about discrepancies. Maintain payroll records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Prepare and process payroll-related reports and filing Prepare tax forms and year-end summaries. Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.
