We are seeking a passionate Room Leader to join a beautiful early learning service based in Sippy Downs that is currently undergoing an exciting transition in its operations. About the Role As the Room Leader, you will collaboratively lead a 33-place room with its own dedicated yard space, fostering an environment where children can thrive and explore. You’ll work closely with a supportive team of Educators and Room Leaders across the service, ensuring high-quality learning experiences are delivered every day. You will be responsible for leading a team of 4 Educators and ensuring high-quality program implementation Oversee quality, compliance, progress, and practice This is a full-time position with a rotating roster between 6:30 am – 6:00 pm (Monday to Friday).
