The Role You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients — resolving support issues, guiding them on our platform, and helping them get the most out of their trading journey. This role is hands-on and proactive, with a strong focus on building relationships, solving problems, and identifying opportunities to add value. What You’ll Do Support and guide clients using Trade View X. Resolve tickets and client queries quickly and professionally. Keep clients engaged with regular calls and check-ins. Maintain detailed CRM notes and follow-ups. Identify opportunities to upsell and refer to the sales team. Contribute to content and community (videos, profiles, events). Requirements What We’re Looking For Calm, patient and professional approach. Excellent communication skills. Proactive, adaptable and commercially aware. Self-motivated with high execution standards.
