About the role Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll support payroll, rosters, training documentation, purchasing and site administration. You'll also provide reporting and operational support to keep production running efficiently. Main tasks Daily payroll data collection & validation Compile & approve fortnightly pays (perm & casual) Run & update reports & schedules for managers Purchasing consumables, stationery, rentals & services Create, update & manage site documentation General admin & support for management team Experience in Kronos (UKG PRO) Coupa/SAP Team Assurance MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint) The offer 38 hrs/week across 5 days Flexible start/finish times Permanent opportunity available for the right candidate WFH options available for experienced operators Supportive, collaborative site team Career growth within a leading national business About us Our client is a market leader in packaging and manufacturing with operations across Australia and New Zealand.
