The business is a long-standing operation with decades of heritage in premium meat production. Following recent investment, the site is being modernised and is now expanding significantly - scaling from 140 to 250 employees over the next few years, with ambitious plans for the future. About the Role Split roughly 70/30 between WHS and HR, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, boots-on-the-ground environments like manufacturing, FMCG, or agri-food. You'll work closely with leadership to embed safer, stronger systems and a respectful, inclusive workplace culture.
