The Role The Sales Consultant will play a key role in guiding clients through the early stages of their custom home journey - from initial enquiry through to contract signing. This client-facing position requires a confident communicator who can build strong relationships, interpret plans, and deliver tailored solutions that align with client needs and company standards. Weekend availability is essential, as this is when most client appointments occur. The successful candidate will be supported by a collaborative team and a strong operational structure, while also enjoying the autonomy to drive their own success.
