Our client is a leading North Brisbane manufacturer seeking an AP & AR Officer to join their finance team. This role combines data entry, inventory management, and end-to-end AP/AR processing. The Role You'll be responsible for accurate data entry, reconciling accounts, and maintaining livestock inventory records. The position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication with suppliers/customers, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Process AP invoices, payments, and supplier reconciliations. Manage AR invoicing, receipting, and debtor follow-up. Maintain and reconcile inventory records. Perform accurate and timely data entry across finance systems. Support month-end and ad-hoc reporting. Skills & Experience Experience in AP and AR functions. Strong data entry and reconciliation skills. Exposure to inventory systems desirable. Proficiency in MYOB, Xero, or similar. Strong organisational and communication skills.
