We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workshop Supervisor - Heavy Fabrication to join a leading company specialising in maintenance and fabrication services to the mining and resources sector. This role is based in the Karratha with work across the surrounding local areas. Key Responsibilities Drive and maintain a strong HSEQ compliance and safety culture within the Karratha workshop Manage quoting, job reviews, and variations to ensure all work meets budget requirements Lead, develop and mentor the team including recruitment, performance management, and coaching Act as the first point of contact for internal (HR, HSEQ, job-related) and external (client issues/complaints) matters Ensure compliance with client policies, including accredited ISO standards Key Requirements Engineering or trade qualification (Boilermaker/Welder or Fabrication) with strong knowledge of fabrication documentation and ability to interpret drawings Minimum 5 years' experience in a heavy fabrication management role Demonstrated experience liaising with clients, managing QA/QC documentation and processes, and driving compliance Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (including MS Project and Excel) and database/BMS applications Based in the Karratha workshop or surrounding local areas What We Offer Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing team Long-term career progression with a stable and reputable company Positive and supportive work environment If you are interested in the above opportunity, please send through your resume or contact Ash at 0451 444 363.
