You must live within 40 minutes of site. Monday-Friday roster (9-hour days) Day shift only! Drive in each day with company ute. Mine site You will be Joining a large open cut coal mine site in the Hunter region. Join an established client maintenance team with many years of experience on site Enjoy excellent workshop facilities Strong availability for spare parts (working for the OEM) The role As a product support advisor (PSA) on site, you will be responsible for trouble shooting faults, offering advice and training to trades on site as well as occasion work on the tools: Perform fault diagnosis, maintain, and repair OEM machinery Provide technical support to the trades and managers on site. Assist with machine audits/inspections Facilitation of coaching and mentoring of site technical staff. Assist in root cause failure analysis. Your value You will have come from a background within the mining industry and have extensive experience working on a range of surface drills and coal mining machinery. Heavy diesel trade qualification At least 4 years hands on tools experience as a diesel fitter Excellent diagnostics skills and ability to first response problem solve Excellent customer service skills and ability to develop strong relationships at site Ability to work autonomously and plan your days for maximum efficiency Excellent attitude towards work and safety This is an opportunity not to miss!
