About the Role This role involves working on fast-paced retail and quick-service restaurant fit-outs , including new store builds, refurbishments, and rollouts. You'll be installing joinery, counters, kitchen fittings, signage, and shopfronts while ensuring each project meets brand standards and deadlines. Key Responsibilities Fit-out of fast-food restaurants, retail outlets, and kiosks Install joinery, counters, partitions, seating, and service areas Read and interpret detailed shop drawings and specifications Carry out sealing, waterproofing, and finishing to a high standard Work with tight timeframes while maintaining safety and quality Collaborate with site managers, trades, and subcontractors Travel to multiple sites as required (some overnight stays may apply) Skills & Experience Trade qualification in Shopfitting/Carpentry/Joinery (or strong industry experience) Previous experience in retail or QSR fit-outs is highly regarded Ability to work efficiently in a rollout environment with strict deadlines High attention to detail and quality finishes White Card (Construction Induction) Current driver's licence (own transport preferred) Willingness to travel regionally if required EWP, Working at Heights tickets (desirable, not essential) What We Offer Competitive rates overtime & allowances Consistent pipeline of projects with major fast-food and retail clients Opportunity to work on high-profile, nationwide rollouts Tools, PPE, and uniforms provided Supportive and skilled team environment Career progression and training opportunities How to Apply In the past 5 years we have been extremely humbled to have placed over 16,000 people into meaningful employment .
