Oversee cash handling, banking, and financial reporting with accuracy and accountability. ⸻ Candidate Requirements To be considered for this role, applicants must have: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related discipline is preferred. At least two years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above. In some instances, relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage diverse teams effectively. A proactive and results-driven approach to store management and customer service. Solid understanding of stock management, cash handling, and operational procedures.
