Description An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Associate or Senior Associate to join the firm's thriving Commercial team. Working closely with the Managing Partner, you will gain exposure to complex and high-value transactions across a range of industries. Matters will span across commercial law and property law, including: Advising on property and commercial matters, including property transactions, commercial and retail leases, contracts for the sale of land and businesses, and commercial agreements. Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, leases, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail. Providing strategic legal advice and guidance to clients on complex legal and commercial issues. Managing large-scale commercial and residential property projects. Advising on corporate structuring and commercial agreements. Assisting with business sales, acquisitions, and franchising. Handling commercial, retail, and industrial leasing matters. Conducting legal research and analysis to stay abreast of developments in commercial law and applying this knowledge in client matters. You will be encouraged to take ownership of files, build client relationships, and work directly alongside a leader in the field, developing your technical expertise and commercial acumen in a high-performing team. Profile The ideal candidate will be a motivated lawyer with: A minimum of 2 years' post-admission experience in commercial and/or property law; Strong technical skills with the ability to manage complex matters; Excellent communication and client relationship skills; A proactive, detail-oriented and commercially minded approach; A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to a growing team.
