Description In this role, you will: Prepare and manage civil documentation packages, ensuring quality, compliance with relevant standards, and timely delivery within budget. Liaise and coordinate with clients, stakeholders, the broader design team, and authorities to resolve design issues and integrate civil works with other disciplines. Apply a holistic understanding of civil design to meet key project objectives. Use your initiative and technical knowledge to develop innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges. Produce high-quality designs, documentation, specifications, and reports. Prepare tender responses, including defining scope and pricing for small to medium complexity civil projects. Grow your skills in staff and client management, risk mitigation, project and financial management. Who are we looking for? A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. CPEng accreditation or actively working towards it. 5 years of experience in civil engineering. Proven expertise in designing and coordinating: Stormwater systems Roads and car parks Pavements and retaining walls Water and sewer mains Demonstrated project management skills, with a track record of delivering on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
