Description The Role We’re after a detail oriented, technically minded Internal Sales Team Member who thrives in a fast moving environment. This isn’t retail, and it’s definitely not a call centre. You’ll be supporting B2B clients and project teams with quoting, order processing, and technical product enquiries, often under tight deadlines. Expect to: Tackle RFQs head-on, figure out what’s needed, and prepare competitive quotes Handle technical enquiries, thinking creatively to find the best solutions Work with procurement and operations to push through urgent requests Follow up quotes and orders, making sure nothing slips through the cracks Support Client Relations Managers and Project Managers with account management and project delivery If you’re the type who brings hustle, urgency, and a “get it done” attitude, you’ll feel right at home.
