As a Service Coordinator, you'll be the key link between technicians, clients, and management. Your main focus will be scheduling, managing service requests, and keeping workflows running seamlessly to ensure exceptional service delivery. A big part of these roles involves supporting the transition to Uptick , meaning you'll play a hands-on role in embedding new systems and streamlining processes. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule technicians for maintenance and reactive works. Manage service requests and client communications. Process and track work orders, quotes, and invoices using Simpro, Uptick or similar scheduling software Support the transition to Uptick , embedding efficient processes and workflows. Maintain accurate compliance and service records. Support technicians with planning, parts ordering, and job coordination. Deliver excellent customer service with a problem-solving mindset. What We're Looking For Proven experience in a Service Coordinator or Service Administrator role (fire, building services, or related industries). Strong knowledge of Uptick CRM system (preferred). Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively.
