About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Bid Pricing Analyst to join our clients team in the cleaning and facilities management industry . This is a key role for a candidate who has proven experience in pricing bids and tenders and can contribute to the growth to the business by ensuring competitive and accurate proposals. In this role, you will work closely with the sales and operations teams to prepare tenders, quotations, and bid documentation for clients across the commercial and facilities management sector. You will be responsible for analysing project requirements, calculating costs, and preparing detailed pricing models to support successful bid outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead the pricing and preparation of bids and tenders within the cleaning and facilities management sector. Analyse scope of works, client requirements, and project specifications to develop accurate costings. Prepare comprehensive bid documentation, ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal processes. Collaborate with operations, finance, and sales teams to ensure accurate and competitive pricing. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market rates, and competitor pricing. Support strategic bid decisions by providing detailed financial and risk analysis. Skills and Experience: Must demonstrated experience in pricing bids and tenders specifically within the cleaning and facilities management industry . Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to create detailed cost models. Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
