About the Role: This position is responsible for ensuring warehouse duties and order processing is completed in a safe and efficient manner. In addition, the role is responsible for ensuring the housekeeping and cleanliness of the warehouse is at a high standard. Primary Responsibilities: Place all incoming stock on racks as soon as possible and ensure all outgoing stock is prepared, packed and wrapped correctly Pick / pack and load trucks to ensure all orders are processed in a timely manner Operate company vehicles (forklift, truck, ute etc.) to load and unload trucks Process stock and orders as per customer specifications Complete housekeeping audits and ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse is always at a high standard Maintain a good knowledge of the product range and services provided in the distribution centre Maintain equipment and use in accordance with established safety procedures Deliver orders using a company vehicle when required Support the distribution / sales team with customer enquiries and ordering Participate in monthly meetings and toolbox talks Participate in stock take when required About You You will be a self-motivated person who enjoys working in a high-performance culture. To be considered applicants MUST have: Essential: Some (0-2 years) warehouse experience Ability to multi-task and prioritise Proven customer service focus Current drivers licence Forklift licence Proven (2-5 years) warehouse experience Applicants must also be prepared to undertake a pre-employment medical inclusive of drug and alcohol test.
