Your Team You will be joining the Customer Engagement & Brand team at CFS, where you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing our brand strategy. You will shape and execute a compelling brand strategy that builds long-term brand equity, drives customer engagement, and supports business growth. Working closely with marketing and cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure all brand and media initiatives are insight-led and commercially effective. Your Responsibilities Lead brand strategy and positioning to create a distinctive, customer-aligned brand Create compelling brand narratives and value propositions that drive engagement and growth Deliver strategic briefs and collaborate with creative, content, and media partners to produce excellence in the CFS creative platform and TTM plans that are integrated across all channels (social, digital, PR, sponsorships, content, email etc) Optimise brand and media performance through data-led measurement, continuous improvement and funnel optimisation. Build and manage brand health metrics (awareness, consideration, reputation) linked to acquisition and retention Oversee social media strategy and ensure consistent, on-brand content delivery Your Capability and Experience Deep expertise in strategic brand leadership within complex, regulated industries Proven success in developing and executing brand strategies that drive customer growth and commercial outcomes Deep expertise in brand architecture, positioning, and value proposition development Adept at using data and insights to inform brand strategy, segmentation, and targeting Skilled in translating business strategy into compelling brand narratives and customer experiences Strong commercial acumen with ability to unlock P&L value through brand and marketing strategy Experienced in leading integrated marketing teams across brand, media, content, and creative.
