Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Paid Performance Specialist with deep expertise in TikTok Ads to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of working experience at TikTok (in a paid performance role)., alongside a total of 3 years of in digital marketing or finance-related industries. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute TikTok acquisition strategies to reach and convert new users, optimizing toward lifetime value and ROI. Manage paid budget allocations on a monthly and campaign basis to ensure maximum efficiency. Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing TikTok ad creatives tailored for platform trends and audience behaviours. Continuously test new creatives, hooks, and formats to drive engagement and conversions. Provide performance reporting and actionable recommendations to optimize campaign delivery and user acquisition. Work with product and tech teams to improve conversion rates through funnel optimization and seamless UX. Monitor TikTok platform trends and algorithm changes to adjust campaign strategies in real-time. Manage agency relationships or internal team processes related to TikTok buying and creative production. Requirements Minimum 3 years of working experience at TikTok (in a paid performance role), managing performance campaigns. Strong knowledge of TikTok ad formats, targeting tools, and creative best practices. Strong analytical mindset; able to interpret large datasets and draw insights. Experience in multi-platform paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) is a plus. Comfortable working in high-growth, fast-paced environments. Excellent project management and cross-team collaboration skills. Experience in finance, trading, or mobile gaming verticals is advantageous.
