Review the existing training deck and understand its learning goals, audience, and structure. Transform the content into a Train-the-Trainer version . Ensure the TTT version supports trainers in delivering sessions that are consistent, engaging, and aligned with adult learning principles. Collaborate with stakeholders to align on tone, content delivery, and regional considerations if needed. Requirements Proven experience as a trainer or L&D professional with a track record of developing Train-the-Trainer materials. Strong understanding of facilitation techniques , adult learning principles, and learner engagement strategies. Experience working on training programs in healthcare, pharma, diagnostics, life sciences, or clinical engagement is a plus. Ability to structure and simplify complex content for effective trainer delivery. Proficiency in PowerPoint or equivalent presentation tools. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
