We’re looking for a seasoned QA Specialist with the technical expertise and proactive mindset to ensure our systems, products, and improvements meet best-in-class standards. What You’ll Be Doing: Develop, implement, and maintain a best-in-class Quality Management System (QMS). Lead factory audits and supplier quality assessments, including occasional international travel. Provide quality input early in the New Product Development (NPD) process, including leading DFMEA reviews. Create and manage test plans across different phases of development projects. Develop control plans and inspection procedures (including go/no-go checks for QC inspectors). Monitor and improve quality metrics across existing products, diving into customer feedback and tracking improvements over time. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and compliance teams to embed quality from concept to delivery. Report directly to the Quality Manager, ensuring alignment with strategic quality goals while focusing on technical execution and hands-on quality processes. Requirements 5-10 years’ experience in a quality assurance role within manufacturing (electrical industry experience highly regarded, but not essential). Proven track record in establishing and managing QMS systems. Strong knowledge of DFMEA, control plans, and test plan development. Hands-on experience with product validation, factory QC processes, and supplier audits. Ability to analyse quality data and turn insights into measurable improvements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and driven to deliver results. Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
