About the Role As our Practice Manager, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of the clinic, ensuring smooth day-to-day administration, leading a dedicated team, and supporting the Practice Principal in delivering outstanding client outcomes. What You’ll Be Doing Delivering exceptional customer service to clients, families, and carers Leading and mentoring the administration team Managing clinic operations including scheduling, billing, and reporting Supporting business development and marketing initiatives Ensuring compliance with privacy, safety, and ethical standards Collaborating with therapists, funders (NDIA, Medicare), and support coordinators Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic environment What We’re Looking For 5 years’ experience in practice management, billing, and scheduling Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for allied health and client-centered care Proficiency in Microsoft Office Required checks: Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, CPR & First Aid What’s in It for You?
