Job Description Due to continued growth we are seeking a Head of Teaching & Learning and Professional Development to lead our training team and provide vision and leadership in the development of best practice in pedagogy. Key responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the training team by providing leadership, support, and direction. Work closely with the other senior leaders to ensure we operate together to create and achieve strategic goals. Oversee professional learning opportunities for internal & external trainers and training leadership staff Provide vision and leadership to training team Manage relationships with partner schools senior leaders. Education background and strong knowledge of VET in Schools would be ideal Strong leadership and communication skills
