Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and skilled professional to join our team, delivering individual and group counselling services across a diverse range of client needs. As a Counsellor , you will play a pivotal role in providing immediate support and intervention during crisis situations to ensure client safety and well-being. You will conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans accordingly. Your collaborative approach shines in multidisciplinary teams, allowing you to create holistic care solutions. The position is 2 days per week (flexible) Psychologists are also encouraged to apply - AHPRA Full or Provisional registration. Let's talk about you! Bachelor’s or master’s degree in counselling, or a related field and current registration with a relevant industry association are mandatory. Experience: A minimum of 3 years pos qualification Proficiency in therapeutic modalities related to mental health, addictions, trauma, and family dynamics - is desirable Ppreferably working with diverse populations facing various psychosocial issues. Demonstrated experience in providing group-based treatment.
