A large enterprise commercial organisation is embarking on a major transformation of finance, procurement, and care systems, creating a more connected, efficient, and simplified future state. Leveraging Microsoft D365, Coupa, AlayaCare, and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), this program will modernise operations and enable lasting impact. We are seeking three Iteration Managers to play a pivotal role in driving delivery across critical streams. These roles will embed Agile ways of working, coordinate SMEs and vendors, and ensure outcomes are delivered to scope, timeline, and quality. Key Responsibilities Lead Agile ceremonies, enabling effective sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives; Track delivery progress, risks, and issues, escalating where needed; Build strong relationships with SMEs, Product Owners, and external vendors; Foster continuous improvement and remove blockers to maintain delivery momentum; and Promote consistent Agile practices and uplift team capability. Streams Available AlayaCare Implementation – delivering a new care management system; Integration Team – enabling delivery of a new Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tool; and D365 / Coupa – supporting the finance transformation from AX 2009 to D365 and integration with Coupa. About You Experienced Iteration Manager / Scrum Master (not Project Manager) with a proven track record in complex programs; Skilled in embedding Agile practices to drive outcomes and enable teams; Strong vendor coordination and stakeholder engagement skills; Excellent communicator, facilitator, and servant leader; and Familiar with ERP or enterprise transformation programs (D365, Coupa, or similar).
