Our client, a large commercial organisation, is undertaking a major Finance Transformation Program to simplify and modernise finance and procurement processes. Leveraging Microsoft D365, Coupa, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), MS Fabric, and AlayaCare, this multi-stream program will deliver a consistent, future-ready finance ecosystem at enterprise scale. I am seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Lead to oversee technical delivery across the program, providing leadership across multiple workstreams and ensuring seamless integration of enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Provide program-level technical leadership across multiple platforms and integrations; Lead and mentor a team of architects and technical SMEs (D365, EPM, MS Fabric, AlayaCare); Drive integration strategy, design, and execution with multiple vendors; Partner with stakeholders and program leadership to align technical solutions with business goals; Manage solution assurance, technical risks, and issue resolution; and Report insights, risks, and progress to Program Director and SteerCo. Key Skills & Experience Extensive experience as a Senior/Program Technical Lead across large-scale enterprise transformation programs; Proven success in leading multi-system integration projects; Strong background managing technical teams, architects, SMEs, and vendors; ERP/finance system experience (Microsoft D365 highly regarded); Familiarity with MS Fabric, data platforms, and SaaS integration (e.g., AlayaCare); Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills; and Industry experience in health or care beneficial but not essential. This is a pivotal, program-level role for a seasoned technical leader who thrives in complex environments and can bridge strategy and delivery to achieve high-quality, integrated outcomes.
