The Role As a Litigation and Dispute Resolution team continues to grow, there is an exciting opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join the team. They are seeking an experienced practitioner with 2-4 years PAE in Commercial Litigation. Ideally, you will have had exposure to a range of areas including the rules of civil procedure in all major courts, the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), partnership / shareholder disputes, insolvency (corporate and personal), property / lease disputes (including retail leases), competition and consumer law (including the ACL), professional indemnity, defamation and insurance coverage disputes.
