Position: HR Truck Driver Location : Parap, NT 0820 Employment Type : Full-time Salary : $80,000 per annum Responsibilities: Safely operate HR trucks to transport goods locally and regionally in compliance with NT road laws and company policies. Load and unload freight, ensuring cargo is secured safely and delivered on time. Conduct pre-start checks, routine inspections, and report maintenance issues promptly. Follow fatigue management and workplace health and safety requirements. Maintain accurate logbooks, delivery records, and paperwork. Communicate with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customers to coordinate deliveries. Requirements: Valid HR Truck Licence issued Valid White Card Clean driving record and strong safety awareness. Ability to perform manual handling tasks when required. Good communication skills and reliability in meeting deadlines. Relevant Skills: Strong commitment to safety and risk management Excellent time management and route-planning abilities Clear verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and make on-the-spot decisions Proficiency with electronic logging devices and basic mobile apps for dispatch Preferred Experience: Minimum 1–2 years driving heavy vehicles (HR or higher class). Experience in freight handling and load restraint. Familiarity with local NT roads and regional delivery conditions.
