We are looking for a strategic and driven Business Development Manager to identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue. This role ideally requires a good understanding of satellite connectivity solutions, market dynamics, and customer needs across enterprise and public sector segments. Description Identify & Acquire New Business: Proactively source and qualify new business opportunities across aligned territory. Account Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with decision-makers, understanding their business challenges and aligning tailored IT solutions within a defined territory and allocated customers. Ensure renewals of existing contracts are completed effectively. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, account plans, and territory growth initiatives that drive revenue and margin growth. Solution Selling: Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to design and present compelling IT solutions that meet customer requirements. Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools to forecast accurately and report on activity and progress against KPIs. Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and technology advancements to identify new opportunities and areas for differentiation. Proposal & Tender Management: Lead the preparation of quotes, Tenders, and commercial proposals in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client engagement and successful onboarding. Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the company Profile Proven experience (5 years) in business development, sales, or account management within the IT industry - ideally satellite communications and managed services Strong understanding of ICT solutions such as networks, satellite communications, managed services, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
