Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and decision-making. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the organisation. Profile A successful Business Development Manager should have: A strong background in sales and business development, within the insurance and brokerage space. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A deep understanding of financial products and services. A valid driver's licence for travel within the Sydney region. Job Offer A competitive salary package estimated between AUD 130,000 and AUD 140,000, plus commissions.
