About the Role MRAEL is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the charge in expanding our Apprenticeship & Employment Services (AES) footprint. You'll be the face of MRAEL in the region, responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our full suite of workforce development services. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in business development, telemarketing, or sales-someone who thrives on making connections and driving results. You'll work independently, attend networking events, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to employers and job seekers alike. Key Responsibilities Market and promote MRAEL as the "AES of Choice" Drive business development and income generation Maintain a comprehensive BD plan and weekly activity reports Engage with schools, colleges, and industry partners Stay abreast of relevant legislation and funding opportunities Support tender and proposal development About You Strong BD/telemarketing/cold calling experience Personable, confident communicator Organised, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Able to build rapport across diverse stakeholder groups Willing to travel across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast About MRAEL MRAEL is part of IntoWork Australia, a national leader in employment, education, and support services.
