Role Overview We are seeking a Regional Retail Manager to oversee 10 showrooms and approximately 50 staff across South-West Sydney and Canberra. You will partner with Store Managers to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and maintain premium retail standards. This role is ideal for a commercially minded leader who thrives on coaching teams, enhancing customer engagement, and achieving outstanding business results. Key Responsibilities Lead, inspire, and engage high-performing Store Managers and teams across multiple locations Drive sales performance through coaching, mentoring, and KPI management Recruit, develop, and mentor staff to create future leaders Ensure exceptional customer experiences and resolve escalated complaints Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and operational compliance Manage rosters to optimise showroom coverage Identify opportunities to increase customer traffic and sales Requirements Proven multi-site retail management experience, preferably in high-value or consultative selling environments Strong leadership and coaching skills with a stable employment history Excellent commercial acumen and ability to deliver sales results Highly organised with strong attention to detail and operational expertise Ability to work one weekend per month, with Monday-Friday schedules for the remaining weeks Benefits Attractive salary package with performance-based incentives Generous employee discounts on premium products Career growth opportunities within a fast-expanding retail business Supportive and collaborative culture that celebrates team success To apply online, please click on the apply button.
