Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities What you will be doing: The Assistant Manager in the absence of the Front Office Manager and or General Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the hotel across all departments Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests Lead and manage all aspects of the front office department and ensure all service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service Drive loyalty sign ups in line with AccorHotels regional targets, Hotel specific targets and associated initiatives Taking initiative to ensure that interactions with our guests are positive and productive Providing guidance, supporting training and leading the Front Office team Assisting with check-in and check-out of guests, ensuring all procedures are adhered to Assisting other areas of the hotel during peak times when needed Being responsible for the health and safety of all patrons, guests and staff members implementing supporting agreed upon Revenue Management strategies and practices
